Flat-Rate & Free Shipping Program

Order Fulfillment

  • Processing occurs within 2–4 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is received and again when it ships.

Flat-Rate Domestic Shipping

  • Flat Rate: $7.95 for any order up to 25 lbs.

  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied to orders of $75 or more.

  • Delivery timeframe: 6–10 business days via standard carrier.

Free Expedited Upgrade

  • Spend $150+ to qualify for complimentary two-day shipping.

  • Available on standard ground orders only (not applicable to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses).

International Flat-Rate Shipping

  • Single rate of $29.95 to most countries, delivered within 10–20 business days.

  • Some remote destinations may incur an additional fee; you’ll be notified at checkout if applicable.

Shipment Notifications

  • Order Confirmation: Sent immediately after purchase.

  • Shipping Notice: Contains shipment date, carrier, and tracking code.

  • Delivery Alert: Final notification when package is out for delivery or has been delivered.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • All cross-border fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • We recommend contacting your local customs office for estimates before placing your order.

Returns in Transit

  • If an international shipment is refused or unclaimed, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

  • Domestic returns due to refusal incur a $5 restocking fee.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • For lost packages, contact us within 30 days for an investigation.

  • For damaged goods, retain packaging and images, then reach out within 7 days so we can assist with the claim.
